Croma- Bank offer is not showing/applying on payment page

Hi Dimers,
It's my first time on Croma.
I want to place order for 2 Usha fans on Croma. Product page is showing that Bank offer is applicable (ICICI 10% instant CB).
However, when I try to place the order on payment page I'm not seeing any payment offer so unable to apply payment offer.
PS:I'm placing order via Tata Neu app
Any trick or am I missing something?

Its fake black Friday sale. They removed bank offers and increased prices of my wishlisted item. Just promoting qik scam emi card

It's way usual for Croma, I have faced it multiple time, Whatever offer is mentioned on product page at the time checkout it disappears. It's a issue from long time, Can't do anything for this as customer support is shit

On product page, Citi Bank 10% instant off offer was there but not showing on payment page.
I have contacted Customer support and Twitter support. They asked me to contact Citibank for this issue. I just left it, didn't purchase from Croma.
