I ordered mixer, was delivered but defective one. Raised return request they said item out of stock so refund will be issued once it reaches to them. After few days received refund.

Having very bad Online delivery experience of croma for an induction cook top.
Day 1- Delivery on hold . Called CC , they updated status to Shipped
Day 2 & 3 - Raised a complaint and delivery person came running without delivery and only invoice which is ridiculous Past 2 days it's out for delivery. Raised multiple tickets with CC but not whereabouts of delivery
Day 4 : Out for delivery and end of day status updated to delivered, while I never received the item.
Raised a billion tickets to CC and Social media . All bunch of frauds. Have escalated to the highest management chain , but no response . Deep S**it
Guys, please let me know What do I do now to get my order or refund. Such a horrible experience.

Get in touch with the courier company and demand proof of delivery (Delivered status could be intentional or an error so better to give them a chance to fix it themselves. Hope you got some audio or video recording when the delivery agent arrived with just the invoice).
Croma support is non-existent, they ain't frauds but incompetent bunch, takes weeks to issue refund (even after rejection / successful return)

Similar incident happened with a friend. Ordered juicer. It reached to Blue dart office in our city and for next couple of days received failed delivery message. Raised ticket with croma, later BD office called and said it got damaged in transit and we are returning it Received refund but after that its price increased so he didn't order. I hope you receive order or refund soon

LinkedIN, RocketReach, their own websites and rest of the internet easily gives names of people in head office/ Bombay and elsewhere.
Not too difficult to generate e-mail address formats, based on trial error or after looking at how Croma dot com or cromaretail dot com (Infiniti Retail Private Limited) addresses are.

1. Delivery was done by local Croma store or some courier like bluedart etc?
2. Did you give them delivery otp?
Looks like another.. Third party delivery issue.

Not it's croma's own transport service ( even used by croma stores also) which delivers from their warehouses for online orders .
Yes, received OTP with a tracking URL which gets updated at its own whim. Tracking URL is mostly fake and received only via SMS. The contact person in tracking ID has no idea of delivery. Every time I call him, he says it's with somebody else and not part of this tracking ID. Totally fake service.
Anyway, coma CC only told OTP is optional as the delivery person can override the system without it also.

Twitter is also no different , I tried so many times , problem is CC ( including social media CC) and delivery team has no communication at all . All have their own version of story to tell.
1. Never buy from croma online
2 If you have to buy (may be due to good offer), only opt for store pickup.
