croma site not working at payment gateway when u apply egift card

Hello frnds, plz try egift card by choosing any product in croma website, again it was rerouting/ reloading and the card is getting disappeared. plz do something needful

right now croma egv fraud is going on. Amazon already started investigation with help of police. Wait sometime it work.

still it was not working….. if fraud happens, they will go to store and buy…… why they stopped only in website
Its a bug , they will take ages to fix it
ask Customer Care . No other Option . I tried opting EMI on their Website on 15th May and it didn’t worked . Then next day some person called me asked me whether I faced any issue while placing order . He gave me email id and asked me to send Error Screenshot to them . I thought he will fix it , but No Luck , I use to check every 2-3 days but it Never worked and I use to receive Call from Croma asking for Issue and I sent them SCreenshot for around 10 -12 times and Finally I told them If you are unable to resolve I’ll buy from Some other Place . Surprisingly Issue Resolved on the Next Day .
It took around 40days for them to solve it .
Be Patient . You will be able to apply one day
