Croma vs Voltas branded appliances

Was wondering if Croma and Voltas appliances are manufactured by same entities. Since, both companies are of Tata Group.
Did extensive research online but couldn't find exact manufacturer details for both these brands.
Someone has any idea about this?
Primarily considering washing machine and ACs. If the sole difference between both companies is due to brand value then it would be wise going for Croma for me since price is favourable in that case.

Yeah bro, durability is the most important factor for me.
Voltas has a high market share, so I thought it would be easier to get maintenance services at reasonable costs.
I might just drop these brands from my list if dimers say so, the purpose for creating this thread was getting the truthful reviews.

Croma washing machines are manufactured by dixon i think, not sure about ACs. Could be manufactured by Amber enterprises or voltas itself.
Can look up for the packaging online and if it mentions manufactured by?
dont buy samsung washing machines
I purchased one around 25-30k
it had costed me more than 12k in repairs

both the product which are you wishing to buy last long ,you dont change after 2-3 years . For me prefered brand for washing machine - Samsung , LG ,whirlpool and godrej . While for AC - Hitachi , Daikin , carrier ,Voltas . Earlier i used to buy other brands for saving few 1000 bucks but with time you realise that . With less money you get product with more trouble and end spending more money atlast
