This is my experience with croma,
Ordered a phone on Dec 29,2021
Paid via credit card
Today at the time of writing i.e jan 17 2022 , product is not shipped, numerous complain to them but to real solution ..
How should I proceed next.
place chargeback request on credit card stating non fulfilment of order and give prints of the complaints filed with croma to the credit card company along with cc mail to the credit card of all mails sent to croma for the dispute.

They are pretty active on Twitter, did you try escalating there? I had issue with purchase in store and escalated on Twitter and got good response.

they refunded only half in the beginning but when I called them again and again then they refund the whole amount. Seller was from mayur vihar delhi.
