Cryptic Message from OneCard

Yesterday I received a cryptic message from OneCard. It read “Hi XXXX, here’s an update on your OneCard application – Get Joining benefits worth Rs 2000 on virtual activation for your OneCard. Offer valid till 30th April 2022. Get your OneCard now http: // bit.ly / MetalOCD – Team OneCard”
It’s a generic card application link and not a user specific URL. The message says about benefits worth Rs 2000 but does not specify what exactly is the benefit – a coupon, points, GV, membership, subscription etc.?
I raised a ticket with One Card by emailing them with the cryptic message and to date, they have not bothered to reply.
Appreciate it if any dimer here knows what the benefits worth Rs 2000 are exactly and shares some helpful info.

One of my friend got this message a week ago, it was written ₹1000 Amazon GV as signup bonus. Don’t create ticket, no one reply there. Mail them with offer screenshots.
I created the original ticket by emailing them with offer screenshot only. They haven’t replied to it. Looks like I have to personally visit their office to get it resolved.

its been 4 months they still haev not given me the amazon gv lol
i got similar message, get joining benefits worth 1000, i joined and raised issue on in app chat, 10,000 points were added to my account.
Provided screenshot of SMS as proof.
No one replied to my email and twitter didnt help, but then i finally tried chat as last resort and my claim was approved instantly in 5 minutes.
I had the same offer of benefits worth 1000rs . Tried chat and the person mentioned you will be getting the bonus points before June 1st
It could be Rs 2000 amazon gv. I received the 2000 amz voucher in 2 different accounts after a month or so of signing up. Didnt even know about any such offer.

They didn’t give me referral Amazon GV initially upon referral’s card approval and usage, although they added 2k points for the referral. Upon sending email, they asked me referral’s contact info, although referral was showing in the Onecard app. After multiple follow ups, I got it. Their Customer Support is not good at all.

With regard to your email, we wish to inform you that you can get the joining benefit on your virtual card activation of Rs.2000 it can be reward points or it can voucher.

I applied for the card, did not use any referral since I do not want to miss out on the sign-up benefits. Let’s see what they offer me – reward points or voucher.

Have you applied earlier or did you use the one score app earlier
Same case for me. It’s shitty that they don’t mention all these hidden things in the messages for promotion, not even a link having these hidden TnCs are shared!
I missed this reply, I contacted them and now they are saying need to spend 1000 in order to get the bonus activation points but the TnC was never shared.
Pathetic

Contact OneCard’s CEO by email keeping their support emails in the email CC…Remove the spaces from the email ids…

When they were harassing me & was not giving me the card (like 1.5-2 years back) even after showing me that I’m eligible, I sent just one email to the CEO & got the card approved on the very next day itself & his support person also called me himself after that email to their CEO (before they were not responding to me)…
If you have a professional/business email to send the email to the CEO, it’s better…If you don’t have it, it won’t hurt to try with a gmail…
April sign up users were supposed to receive 2k welcome bonus today, let’s see if we get that

I have still not received the welcome bonus and already spent Rs 10000+ on the card. So need to escalate the issue now.
SURPRISE! I was pretty much stoked to receive the Rs 2000 Joining Benefits today itself in the form of 20,000 points! 🤩
Unfortunately you can only redeem the points to pay for the unbilled transactions on the card or as cashback ☹️
Same here received 20k points wasn’t even aware of such offer
They won’t bother to reply, that’s where they lack i.e customer service.
