Customer care are very rude

I was traveling on 25/10/2019 and the boarding time was 8:30PM but bus was came @ 2:00PM. on next day bus should reached by 3:00 PM but they droped us by 7:00PM in evening. i called to redbud and they raised one complaint from my side. Again today i received call from redbus that they are giving 50% refund and i just ask what actions you have taken on operator. In that he said we can’t disclose action and we are cancelling your refund as well. That guy was very rude and unable to listen what i’m trying to say.
