I gradually started developing many health conditions in a period of 5-6 years. Frequency of visiting doctor suddenly increased. So I wa looking for reason but can not find anything related. Just atmosphere, stress, busy life, vitamins deficiency, etc.

I am using RO water purifier since 5 years, is this is the reason?
If yes then what is best purification for today with no harmful effects on health.

Please share as I am ready to buy/change water purifier.

They claim it's by WHO, I ordered a uv after advise of my doctor.  UV will not be usefull if water Tds  over 200 or water from borewell. Only municipal water supported as per stated by uv manufacturers. God knows

Now its talk of the town, even ro service engineer is agreed for past ro system, but says new ro is safe. It has minerals add on. God knows the truth...

what i heard is that  buy mineral water from nearest water plants(for example Koyala water plants), they have the infrastructure and investment done in lakhs where minerals are added by default. and avoid small vendors who just installs purifiers(and takes water from borewell). i have not verified this yet  but sure will
