Not true, for me to do 500 spent of debit card I always do load in Paytm wallet only.

Not before 90 +/- 7 days & only if you fulfilled all conditions aka 500 debit card transaction done on shopping only & not some wallet load/gift card etc. To be on safer side I say avoid bill payments like mobile/electricity etc too,best is to just use card at local grocery store for 500 purchase of daily use items.
