Hi
is everyone experiencing problem while using DBS upi. i tried all apps phonepe, amz pay but my transaction fails everytime. and does anyone how to reach their customer care? their stupid bot is useless and provides no way to contact their customer care.
i tried their email [email protected], but this is also not working.

Nah..its two years old account.
Working just fine did a transfer via Phonepe.
Call them here 1800-209-4555 they help better over call support.
Also what’s the issue payment failing after putting in Upi pin?
And yes if new account wait for 24-48 hours as @abhishek012 said.
Same issue. Google pay says, The recipient can’t receive your payment. The recipient hasn’t added a bank account. We have sent a reminder. I directly transfer to the bank account.
new UPI register account ? then wait 24-48hrs.
