Decreasing slice limit

Has anyone asked the customer support for reducing limit on their slice card?
i know banks would reduce limit on credit cards, but not sure if slice does it? I want to get it reduced to 2lacs just to reduce unnecessary indebtedness on my CIBIL. I’m just using it for the offers.

Yes you cud reduce limit by contacting thru customer support email and need to follow-up twice or thrice to get it done. In first attempt they always give generic response but once you follow-up they will do that
