I ordered 2 robo cars and they were not working.. when I called customer care centre, the executive was extremely rude and saying we don't have a return/refund policy. We can't do anything about defective product. Please don't order anything from naaptol, they are cheaters & the company is just for fraud purposes to cheat people and the customer care executives are also very rude.
