Delay in icici credit card

i have applied for icici platinum chip card 7 days before on card to card basis . I got appliaction no. On the same day . Got call 2 days after applying that my card is succesfully approved and will get delivered Within 5 days . But after 2 days from this call a person from icici credit card comes to my office for Fi . Now when i check my application status online it is showing invalid data and when i ask to customer care everytime they tell that my application is under process . So dont know what to do next as already 7 days have been passed but do not get any confirmation mail or any kind of information from icici bank . Please suggest what to do next

after posting on twitter yesterday , today i got message and call that my application is rejected . On asking reason they simply said that it is our internal policy Cant tell you the reason 🥲
