Either wait for govt. transportation to start or
if very urgent, prepare a small bag with essentials, plus some cash and start walking/cycling little by little every day
Delhi/UP and Uttarakhand not giving e-passes for Inter-state travel?
I mean..if you have your own vehicle (or can hire a taxi)..u can pretty much get back to UK in a week
If u seek Govt assistance for travel, then it might take a while
taxi fare is too much i.e 20k . nd my father didnt get salary from last month.

…I m sure other govt. are supportive but if you are stuck don’t pull your neck out…safe stay…

Travelling in public transport is risky. If possible try to stay where you’re. If alone you can also go via a two wheeler.
