Hi my item reached the destination city on Tuesday. No calls that day. Wednesday I called them , told me item is not deliverable Wednesday informed Thursday delivery. Yesterday called them at evening. Replied me motorcycle repair happened ,tuday till now not delivered
Please help me to contact

I had ordered a wall clock on 3rd Jan, and got delivered on 6th, Received broken one. Then requested replacement, its still in transit in nearby hubs. The thing is that it had reached my nearby hub on 10th itself. Just wondering when they will deliver..—Delhivery + Amazon.

@nirmaltvd i suggest you to visit delhivery courier office directly and ask for your parcel. my doubt is, parcel was broken/damaged? or the parcel was lost? what is real reason of their late… we need to know that. if you don’t care their late, they will simply say “time up! we have to return the parcel to the sender!” (personal experience)

Delhivery always takes time.. had ordered few items during prime day, ones from ATS & bluedart were delivered before due date but Delhivery took 4-5days post due date of shipping.
So, wait for sometime..it will be delivered automatically. Just make sure to check the product & packaging etc. as soon as u get them for any possible damage.
