Delink amaonpay icici and apply again

I have Amazon account where I place many orders. I got azpay ltf offer and applied using my mom's details. Now I want to close amazonpay icici cc of my mom and get one on my name and details.
How can i do this? Has anyone tried this?

Don't close your mom's card untill you get yours physically.

Create a new account with a new number and wait for the offer, as the offer appears, apply and wait for approval and delivery...

You can open another amazon account in your name using a different number n apply an apay card without any issue
