Dell not replacing batttery under replacement

Guys
Dell is not replacing my battery under replacement. everyday they come with new rules and steps to delay and not give the replacement. Even twitter is not helping,
Please suggest what to do to get the replacement

Batteries normally have lesser replacement period than the machine. When did you purchase. Dell have permanent issue with batteries. Otherwise, their machines are best. I have a Dell laptop purchased in 2013, going still strong. But had to replace the battery twice.

FYI: When filing a consumer complaint, make it short and precise, there is no need to write down the whole story.
eg,
Mention the details of Purchase date, dealer address, model number and warranty period.
Subject: My Dell laptop battery has failed during the warranty period and the company now denies to replace it. I need this damaged battery replaced as covered by their warranty agreement at the time of purchase.
