Demanding for refund

I had placed an order om May 7th 2021. But the order wasn’t placed and the money was debited from my account (Transaction ID 112716846856). I wrote a mail to them the same day I Got a response asking for 2 working days. I kept writing to them about the refund, but I got responses asking for 48 hours & 2 working days. Its been 19 days now. I demand AJIO to do the refund soon!

Ajio product is good delivery a little late but the exchange policy is the worst my product us not yet exchanged its almost 6 months all,different excuse called them mor then 20 times but no proper response the product is yet with me and i am waiting for my exchange
