DesiDime bug - ghost tag alerts

Recently, I have started receiving alerts for someone tagging me in a comment. When I actually visit the post and the comment, there is no mention of my username or no text is present that shows I was tagged! Accounts look like spam users or bots.
Is this a recent bug in the DesiDime website? Has anyone else also experienced the same?

Very Simple Bro , After Tagging Dimers , Edit Comment - Remove All Tagged Dimers , Thats It

Agree. Check the screenshot I shared. No comment has been added by anyone. The post also does not show Edited. Hence my conclusion as a ghost tag 😬
