Hi friends, i want to upgrade my Desktop CPU. Budget is around 30k. Assembled cpu required. Changing only cpu, rest all things keeping same.
Not looking for laptops.
Usage: Virtualization, Hadoop test setup, dual boot windows, surfing, ms office, pdf, Photoshop, web development, storage.
I have fixed this: Intel i5 9th gen (9400), H310 MS2 Gigabyte motherboard, 8GB DDR4 2666Mhz Kingston/Corsair, 1TB HDD (5400/7200 rpm), iBall Cabinet.
Discussion invited….

Yes it’s possible with Samsung ssd..
Any review on H310 motherboards? Any model specific suggestion?
Considering at least a few of the applications are CPU intensive and I presume heavily multi-threaded the 6-core/12-thread Ryzen R5 1600...3k should be the better performer. Or get the 8-core R7 1700 for a few thousand more. Plus the boxed cooler is way better. AMD mobos are usually cheaper as well. You would I imagine need at least 16GB RAM to begin with.
Thanks. Any views on intel?
Yes i need to buy within 2 weeks.
i5 9400 is not yet available in retail shops.
Guys…. are i5 8400/8600 available nearby you? Whats the price…?
Buy Samsung ssd 1tb
