Download a suitable coding platform on your laptop n start with it.
How to start?
Engineering course itself is a very good place to start. Take basic electrical n electronic courses. Those courses play crucial role in understanding things in their most basest level. Ex: a computer memory -> nand memory -> nand gates -> PLA/PAL -> individual transistors etc etc. Some might argue that a cs student should not do those things. But if you want to do greater things in your life then your fundamentals in your relevant field should be strong. Then you gotta have grasp on the abstract side of computing e.g. Algorithms, architecture, philosophy of OSes etc. 4 years is 4 x 365. Utilise it wisely. Then you gonna do some projects. If you want one they are readily available in public domain e.g. sourceforge, GitHub etc. There are seminars where you can start publishing your papers. Contact your college admin for the same. Participate in robotics if you want to. Then you gonna need concepts of control engineering. Do whatever you want to but do every subject in every semester in a rightful manner. After 4 years of study you can appear for job interviews and you ll thank me for the above advices. And you can appear in gate n do Mtech from IISc/IIT. You can go to abroad. Right? They ll see all those extracurricular activities you did in these 4 years.Â
About courses?Â
Just randomly start one. And finish it. That's it. That's how you start. And once you start participating in publishing papers, submitting projects right community ll find you. But before all the glory you gonna need a lot of hardwork. 🙂

Being a Chemical Engineer, I really don't have any idea about Coding
I only know ki paisa bohot hai IT me

First decide which side of Software you are interested in.Â
Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, Database, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, App Development of iOS, Android apps, Cloud computing, ...... Then you can learn the languages that are needed to develop these.
See some small crash courses on YouTube on each topic mentioned above and see which attracts you more and easier for you to grasp.Â
https://www.codeche...m/ - this is a good site if you want to compete and want to gauge your self.
But this is a little competitive, you can anyway join and attempt even though they are difficult.
Also this is a good website to learn https://www.geeksforgeek...g/ and https://stackoverflo...m/ (this will be found in most google queries when lookin for an answer on google, it is not a structured way of learning, very ad-hoc as it tries to address issues found by users)
