Dhani pay card at fuel stations; surcharge percentage

Hello dimers, wanted to understand how if any one used dhani card for high value transactions (say 1 or 2k or any more) at fuel stations. How much is the fuel surcharge and is it completely reversed? I could not located any related terms or their customer care is unreachable.
I did a small transaction for 200/- at a fuel pump about 4 months back. I was charged 11.xy as surcharge and a credit came after 2-3 days saying manual adjustment for 9.zz. So wanted to understand the logic.
Any experiences? Thanks in advance!

29 Rs charge
And 17 Rs refunded. So loss of 12 Rs (1.2%)
Filled petrol for 1500.
Was charged 1544.25 including the surcharge
Manually adjusted 44.25 and 11.25 on 4th day after the charge.
In my first experience there was a loss of 2-3/-, probably the karma of letting it go paid me back multiple fold. Or in other words some lazy payment settlement adjusting employee

Swiping Dhani card at petrol pumps, gives you a higher charge by 11 rupees.
It’s a faulty algorithm set up by Dhani, where you have to contact Dhani every time to reverse that transaction amount, if you don’t they don’t reverse it.
My amounts have totalled to almost 200 with with irregular debiting.
*EVEN WHILE PAYING THE DUES, THEY LURE YOU INTO PAYING YOUR EMI AMOUNT DUE 4 TIMES INSTEAD OF 3 TIMES
This faulty set business algorithm is only to make a customer frustrated where they cant even have a
talk with their service on call, but only through Emails.
Tbh, my reviews on Dhani is that if only you’re in a need to roll on EMI, then use the credit system, overall Find Any other App where systems are much better and Clear about what they they’re offering and at what costs.
Overall Dhani 3/10. Wouldn’t opt Dhani next time even in Need.
Everytime I swiped at fuel stations, there was a surcharge, and after a few days an amount of similar value or little higher is credited as surcharge adjustment. I used this when I have active subscription which gave me 5% cashback.
I did fuel transaction at petrol pump and surcharge of additional Rs 11 deducted from the account,do I need to wait or callback the cc for reversal, please comment.
I called customer care and they said additional charges will be there for fuel in petrol pump,so using this card will be useless in petrol pump.Please confirm if anyone knows this.
