help me with providing dictionary & Translator app to use in Android.
That can integrate with any app, like, screen readers , Google photos and define or translate text straight away from that app.

It has been long since i used DeepL on portable devices, so do not recollect if it integrates well with other apps or in-place translation menu.

But via computer, DeepL used to be good.

By Google Images, did you mean that you need integrated OCR capabilities too?‏‏

no ocr will be done by google photo.
