Did anyone received Taj voucher from Amex for Spend based offer in October 2021? I have enrolled offer for 10k voucher on 1.2 lakh spends but didn’t receive any voucher

Another offer also was there in Oct’21 and vouchers by 31/Jan/22

The offer is valid on purchases made on the enrolled Card from 1 October 2021 or the enrollment date (whichever is later) until 15 November 2021.
Voucher will be sent to eligible Cardmembers on their registered email addresses with American Express® by 15 March 2022.

I’ve received for spends offer, but I had placed request for another Taj voucher against my amex points. That I’ve not received and customer care is saying they’ve sent it on mail. I checked in spam also, no such mail. Anyone else facing this issue?
