Did anyone trying to pay West Bengal State Electricity bills recently on Amazon?

Now amazon not able to pay my full bills instead it is showing only one month bill. And when I pay that payment getting failed. Is there any solution?

Tried today and it failed. Until last month one could pay the entire 3 months bill in one lump sum but from this month they have made it a per month bill. Best is to pay the bill through Paytm. Never once has it ever failed since I started using Paytm like 5-6 years ago.

Last month I paid in full. Today sometimes it's showing full, sometimes one month! Also u can only fetch one bill 3 times only! So many restrictions 🤦🤦
