Seeing lot of Hike in Cooking oil from 3-4 months. The Sunflower oil I used to get At RS.110-120 now cost at RS.130+. Let’s discuss which oil you switched from whom? I am about to switch to rice bran oil considering in budget . Around 120 rupee.

groundnut price is 100 rs per kg (stable since months)
only oil price is being hiked (something sheddy)

You can buy it from Grofers or dmart, where freedom oil 1litre is 156 rupees
never buy any refined oil whether its rice bran,sunflower or any other ,most of them are refined petroleum products with palmolein oil…they all are slow poison for your heart & blood vessels…better go for any cold pressed oil whether its mustard or others…
Cold pressed is good but 400-500 per litre…. This title talking about high oil prices..defeats the purpose
I am still using pansari and fortune soyabean oil. Its costs me around 100rs per litre after total discount from flipkart and grofers. Thanks to flipkart grocery pass, and grofers lowest price challenge.

Using Fortune Xpert Oil. Priced reasonable with sunflower prices so high, better to get a good blended oil.

bfor lockdown 22-march-2021, 15kg sunflower oil is 1300 and now its around 2600, all price is almost double. in the name of ban Palm oil from Malaysia. there is so many other countries that price for india.

government must maintain oil prices and bcoz only private sector making OIL so they are always push high prices.

Thats why three farm bills are not good. They had removed oilseeds from essential commodities act and now government can only interfere if there is more than 50% inflation in these essential commodities.

This is planned tactics from Govt. Like Jio once captured the Telecom industry, Ruchi Soya (owned by Patanjali) is going to take over cooking oil market in coming years. Most of us dont buy soya oil. We rather go for groundnut. sunflower, rice bran, olive, etc.
Order from swiggy or Zomato. Save money on cooking oil 
Changed to Rice bran for once and all. Won’t switch back to any other any time soon unless I can afford to regularly use cold pressed olive oil 
BTW, read that using mustard oil is related to build up of too much uric acid in the body hence it’s banned in many countries as cooking oil. Any thoughts on this.

It’s better to butter Ghee coconut olive oil instead all other oils

They are good and buy only from reliable sources…not online
