Did you guys enrolled into HDFC Classic Family Banking?

so basically you look at sms and that’s it right , there is no need of any kind of input in it. I am asking this coz my family member outside India will probably not recieve the sms.

Visit the brsnch they will do. Customer care won't do over call or emails. They will tell you the process. Instead of visiting the branch u may ask your RM to come home with all docs.
