I faced same issue in past. Try to contact customer care they will give you prime coupon code. In my case I contacted them late so they shared expired code

@Cool07 I faced this issue 2 years back. My ICICI salary account was also upgraded to THE ONE Titanium account and I’ve spent more than 15k using the debit card within 60 days, but not received any Amazon coupon.

I’ve tried contacting ICICI through mail/call/RM but no one helped in this. My RM/customer care doesn’t even know about this offer.

I’ve followed it up with my RM for 3-4 months about this, he requested to visit branch and raise a request about this. I’ve left the case after this.

what advantage does titanium and gold salary account provides over salary account ?

I heard that in gold unlimited atm withdrawal allowed for icici atm only. Any other benefits over regular Salary account ?
