Did not receive Amazon Prime Coupon from ICICI the One account promotion

There was one promotion when my ICICI salary account was upgraded to The one account.
Spend 15k using the one Debit card and get Amazon prime membership within 90/120 days.
I am not sure how to get the missed promotion from ICICI.
In this type of promotion, HDFC was better where sending an email would have solved the issue.
Any help guys !

@Cool07 I faced this issue 2 years back. My ICICI salary account was also upgraded to THE ONE Titanium account and I’ve spent more than 15k using the debit card within 60 days, but not received any Amazon coupon.
I’ve tried contacting ICICI through mail/call/RM but no one helped in this. My RM/customer care doesn’t even know about this offer.
I’ve followed it up with my RM for 3-4 months about this, he requested to visit branch and raise a request about this. I’ve left the case after this.
So ICICI never bothered about its offers. Time to switch salary account.

I faced same issue in past. Try to contact customer care they will give you prime coupon code. In my case I contacted them late so they shared expired code
