Also,Complain to RBI OMBUDSMAN with proofs after 30 days.In the meanwhile,send Complaint email and Reminder email to Googlepay in these 30 days as they are required when Complaining to RBI.
Useless Googlepay Changed T & C often & wasted lot of users time. Googlepay deserves RBI BAN.
