can we use patanjali skimmed milk powder because its nutritional values is good and no need to boil also, just take 20 gm powder and lukewarm water, and mix and drink

per serving 20g powder will cost around – 8rs
nutritinal values, = 7g protein
10g carb
0.3gm fats
240mg calcium

compared to fresh skimmed milk
price of 200ml glass will cost around- 8rs with same nutritional values

but problem with boiling , if we boil milk we loose the above nutritions. https://www.quora.com/Does-boiling-milk-reduce-...

+ if we dont boil fresh milk properly it will start smelling (personal experience)

SO SHUD WE START USING skimmed milk powder????

How are you sure about the nutritional value of the milk powder? If you referring to the numbers mentioned on the carton, think again. Those numbers are based on certain conditions in lab and may not hold true in other situations. I would suggest you to do some more research on pros and cons of boiling milk and the right way to do it. In other words, it is ok to boil once or twice.

After reading many articles on this subject, I came to understand, unless you are drinking the A2 milk of the desi humped cows, it doesn’t matter what you are drinking or mixing, it does not do the health any good.

That doesn’t sound right. Milk of cows worldwide isn’t nutritious? I mean it is after all meant for their calves. Scare mongering tactics.

Usually, milk powder is prepared from left over milk by the milk factories in the world. They make loss if they don’t convert milk to powder. Milk powder is imported at cheaper price than the milk.

Adult body do not have the ability to process most of the nutrients of milk. It just passes through. So as long as it is milk and not some fake chemical soup, any milk is ok.
