Yes. yeh official RBI ka guidelines bol raha hu, full kyc wallet PPIs k liye hai baki jiske mini kyc me mil raha hai karlo but merchant UPI pe only work karega.

Bill payment means recharge/utility bill pay.

CC bill pay only work now on Amazon wallet UPI full kyc account.
