in my diet plan.. i started taking 55 gms protein’s a day.. including, quinoa, oats, peanut butter, roasted chana, muesli +roasted oats, boiled cerals , cow milk , yogurt, paneer.. and etc.

roti is not good fully day or in heavy qty confused if your body musles are not strong.. 2 gms in one roti protein value

roti- 2gms protein
30gm peanut butter- 8gm protein
100 gm quinoa- 14 gm protein
30gm roasted oats- 4 gm protein
30 gm whey protein muesli- 6 gm protein
70 gm oats- 7gm protein
milk- depends on quality, including other milk products.
50 gm kala chana- 9gm

only approx protein values..

trust me, ఈ junk food/street food కి దూరంగా ఉండటం చాలా కష్టం.
తెలీకుండానే ఒక రకమైన డిప్రెషన్ మొదలవుతుంది. ఇష్టమైనది తినలేకపోతున్నానే అని
నాకు ఇష్టమైన dahi puri,pav bhaji,వీధి చివర ఉండే బండి దగ్గరకి వెళ్లి తింటే వచ్చే ఆనందం,ఒక stageకి వచ్చాక దీనిలో రాదు.
ఏదో ఒక రోజు పోవాల్సిందే… అందుకే కనీసం వారానికి ఒకసారి అయినా తిని సంతోషంగా పోదాం అని నిర్ణయించుకున్నా….
ఈ busy life లో ఆరోగ్యంతో పాటు, ఇలాంటి చిన్న చిన్న సంతోషాలకి కూడా విలువ ఇస్తే మంచిదని నా ఉద్దేశం…

Nobody is saying eat too much. We should complete our body requirements. Avg 1.5-2 gm protein per kg daily is generally considered good. Differs from your health goals.

PS. My wife is certified Nutrition Coach, and have transformed many.

55 grams is too specific, can we please tell how to know what items have what (nutritional values)¿
like i often saw elders, others increasing (consumption of) nuts and dryfruits duŕing cold, dry weather.
so i sometimes have walnuts or almonds/cashews, dried (circular disks) figs with milk.
about milk: any specific reason for cow milk?
and any specific type of cow? (because in some Hindi language movie, some Paresh Rawal character asked for black cow’s urine for getting relief from his gas AND people often say that cross bred/ huge lookibg cows, Jersey cows give more milk but less benefits. but ancient breed cows are not really left now. All have mixed DNA now and even then there is hardly any milk left after their babies feed).

i like having seasonal fruits and green or bright vegetables though, does that help?
but only regular fruits, and not all those avocado, dragon fruit, kiwi.
actually i prefer giving dragonfruit to diabetic family members and relatives, but when they wrinkle noses… only then do i eat (just to show to them that it is a good thing).
never had avocado though (is it really THAT special to be made even costlier than imported apples or desi Dragon fruit?)

now i just avoid eating junk (fried snacks) food or farsaan after sunset.
but now, my (pre Corona days) 9-10km daily walk schedule is gone for a toss.😢

P.S.: i have been a teetotaller, non smoker for over a decade now and do not consume tea coffee either.
i am over-weight since almost same time, and hereditary history of high blood glucose on one side of my family. besides ofcourse have overweight or obese relatives in the bloodline.
