in my diet plan.. i started taking 55 gms protein’s a day.. including, quinoa, oats, peanut butter, roasted chana, muesli +roasted oats, boiled cerals , cow milk , yogurt, paneer.. and etc.

roti is not good fully day or in heavy qty confused if your body musles are not strong.. 2 gms in one roti protein value

approx protein value (only idea.. i m a normal person like u not professional in this field)
roti- 2gms protein
30gm peanut butter- 8gm protein
100 gm quinoa- 14 gm protein
30gm roasted oats- 4 gm protein
30 gm whey protein muesli- 6 gm protein
70 gm oats- 7gm protein
milk- depends on quality, including other milk products.
50 gm kala chana- 9gm

only approx protein values..

ఈ healthy diet 5+ yrs నుండి follow అవుతున్నా.... trust me, ఈ junk food/street food కి దూరంగా ఉండటం చాలా కష్టం. తెలీకుండానే ఒక రకమైన డిప్రెషన్ మొదలవుతుంది. ఇష్టమైనది తినలేకపోతున్నానే అని నాకు ఇష్టమైన dahi puri,pav bhaji,వీధి చివర ఉండే బండి దగ్గరకి వెళ్లి తింటే వచ్చే ఆనందం,ఒక stageకి వచ్చాక దీనిలో రాదు. ఏదో ఒక రోజు పోవాల్సిందే... అందుకే కనీసం వారానికి ఒకసారి అయినా తిని సంతోషంగా పోదాం అని నిర్ణయించుకున్నా.... ఈ busy life లో ఆరోగ్యంతో పాటు, ఇలాంటి చిన్న చిన్న సంతోషాలకి కూడా విలువ ఇస్తే మంచిదని నా ఉద్దేశం...
