Yes that’s the rule of you are redeeming for the first time so this this will ensure that no dimer is misusing any tnc on DD.

Actually by default on account opening In dd u will get 50 dimes remaining u might have earned by deals or contests
For first time redemption u need min of 200 dimes later on min 20 dimes
