Well I think there's upside to having it as it gives international lounge access. Also for offline, most pos machine accept diners club(tried it on pinelabs)

Diners club use RuPay card network in India, you can use any Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities also.

Diners is a card network like Rupay, VISA, Mastercard and so on.

The only differences I can think of are offline acceptability and lounge access nothing else from Millennia on VISA or Mastercard.

Family member using it for 2yrs now, no significant issues in acceptance - online or offline, though some specific websites and gateways may have a restriction. Rewards etc. same as other variants. But in netbanking it is shown as "DINERS MILLENNIA CARD DOM" - not "INTL". So, code shows domestic, never tried outside India, can't say.

International lounge access is not there in it..... The dinner club app shows only domestic lounge access......
