Grofers- disgusting and disappointed

I had ordered groceries on the 23rd of June and after 2 days it was delivered.
The yellaki bananas were totally rotten in the box and the vegetables are not of good quality.I tried to contact the customer care but there is no only a chat box and it says that an agent is assigned and will contact you. It’s a total disappointment as this was my first buy. Please do not buy from grofers.
Secondly, it showed online that there was no delivery charges and later when the person came to deliver the stuff, the bill showed an extra of Rs 50/-

Had a pathetic experience with them where all the veggies were rotten and this delivery guy just kept the boxes with the security guard. And later asked me to collect from there. When I saw it I was totally disappointed and contacted cc. But couldn’t connect with anyone. Later I got a call from them and they apologized and the complete order was taken back. My location is Bangalore. I would say always check all products when you get the delivery. Even if they are in boxes as those are the ones which might be rotten or raw and packed nicely.
