Do clearing credit card bill immediately resets credit limit?

I have to pay Rs.70,000 using credit card. But my credit card limit is only Rs.10,000.

Is it possible to pay Rs.10,000 first, then immediately clear credit card bill, again pay another Rs.10,000, clear it.....and so on.

Or the Rs.10,000 credit limit is for the entire month?

I never took credit card before. Just got a IDFC first wow credit card by paying Rs.10000 fixed deposit. I took this specifically for paying on Upwork, as it is not accepting debit cards. Paid Rs.10,000 successfully, but the 2nd payment is failing even though I cleared the outstanding.
