Do home verification happens in SBI credit card??

For me as self employed no home verification only 2-3 agent calls for verification

They do home kyc only, if you had video kyc, the second one for docs didnt happen for me, they said they will visit my home and work but then card was dispatched without any more visti

Home verification + offline kyc in my case

I just had offline kyc and nothing else. Sometimes they do home and office verification.

It happened with IDFC Millinia Credit Card.

No he verification only agent came for KYC. I told the agent not to come at my home, he did my KYC outside of my home.

First card - applied and call verification multiple times and then final call and done.

Second card - applied and then call verification and then physics agent visit and later on final verification call and done.

For above application, pincode was same but approach was different.

I applied for SBI Cashback card about 3 months ago. No prior relationship with SBI. It was approved instantly online. No verification, documents or video KYC. Only online verification via Digilocker. Virtual card was provided online instantly.

Yes , they did home verification in my case as well.

Not mandated by SBI, it all depends on the agency handling KYC and Verification. No idea how this helps them but recently SBI started asking for friends/relatives (excluding immediate family) contacts who are into similar profession (Salaried/Self-Employed) as part of final verification

Yes. I applied for SBI cashback card and home verification was done.

I have applied for sbi click and sbi cashback credit card as self employed, in both the cases no calls no physical verifications happened,  instantly 10k limit showed up and cards generated....i dont know if it is because of the 10k limit or so... 1st card applied 3 months ago and another applied on sunday, card generated today, no calls this time also
