i think discount time is over now. look for offer from recharge website side like Amazon.

R-Jio is known to spoil festivals (many times the price increase was done around Deepawali, and IIRC this IUC minutes scheme was also introduced around a new-year/Deepawali)
Depends, what they have in store for 2021 new-year..
If you need this recharge anyways, do now, else – you can wait, it’s your call.
