As per Internal Sources even Cheq Employees are using Cred to pay bills.

Cheq was a failure due to below reasons:
- launched without basic features (like bill tracking/reminder, fast processing of payments, addition/removal of cards)
- failed to troubleshoot/rectify issues with their gvs.
- frequent (very frequent) devaluations.
- started charging from customers even they have no features.
Usp - you can pay all ur bills at once.
Yes. Back to Cred + PayTM.
Will think of Cheq only for payments of 1Lac and above.
They will survive only if they revoke processing fee of 0.2% and keep at a nominal rate 1 or 2/- per transaction.

Their rating fell badly.
What's the use of these apps, taking headache to make multiple payment for "chillar" cashback. Isn't simply setting up autopay for TAD better with regards to peace of mind that it offers or am I missing something?

What's TAD?
Yes, autopay is the best option, but some likes to manage thenselves due to following reasons:
- want flexibility of payments
- can pay whenever they have money
- for rewards
- to find offers associated with their cards.
- pay/manage cards at single place

If you don't mind can you explain these 2 points, earlier I used to pay with Cred as it offered multiple spins for a single payment and it was easier and around ₹100 or so use to get in rewards every month but then they started offering chillars for single payments so stopped tbat and Cheq also is not much use to me as it's going to take years for me to redeem their coins. Hence, I'm thinking more and more of setting up autopay.
So apart from these 2 are there any rewards and card offers that will be worth checking out?
same here ,,back to cred
Yep, have 2.8k coins, planning to pay till 4k coins, to redeem Myntra or FK.

U can see what offers are present on ur cards.
3rs u can manage all cards at one place
U can do payment with ur cards as well and earn cb on that too, like cred ,paytm etc are a gateway too.
kartikxxx wrote:Cred- It has been my go-to app since its launch. Even now I check the dues in Cred before payment as didnt find Cheq reliable and Cred's convenience in managing cards are unbeatable (as yet).
After that?
However, have earned more in Cheq in last 3 months than Cred in past 3 years!
For big payments cheq..for others paytm and cred

Better to redeem now before these vouchers are also removed
@kartikxxx
First reason for this app to fail is devalue frequently
They devalued even before proper launch
No

I have to pay 1.2 Lacs by next week which will help in reaching 4k coins and 2k vouchers of FK, Myntra and Tata are available, any one of the three will do, fingers crossed.
Ps: if I go for 250 Vouchers, may take a long time to redeem available coins with the existing condition of 1 voucher/month rather redeem all at a time.
I am happy with cred
Cheq has started posting fake 5 star paid reviews
jeff_bezos_amazon_owner wrote:Many apps are doing this.Cheq has started posting fake 5 star paid reviews
Any way to find such fake reviews?
Cred is good.

cashif wrote:Yep, have 2.8k coins, planning to pay till 4k coins, to redeem Myntra or FK.
Flipkart GV worth 100₹ available on Cheq for resumption.
I have been using CRED since its inception and will continue to do so. Occasionally I use PayTM when some good credit card cashback offers come like the CCFLASH100 promotion last week. PhonePe also launched a promotion for credit card payment but only gave Rs 4 for bill payment of Rs 5000! So used that once.
Stopped using Cheq after the promotion for 1.5x coins for Axis Bank cards ended and the rapid pace of devaluation happened for the app.

I find fake reviews on zomato and it is very easily to identify. All fake reviewers do not mention details about the dish and what they have ordered and what they liked so much for a 5 star rating. Just some generic review about the restaurant and delivery. No photo or sometimes they post stock image. Same goes on Flipkart, amazon and google. Flipkart, amazon sellers give 50₹ Paytm lollipop and for Google and others fake job scam in WhatsApp/telegram works.
I have completely stopped cred since 3-4 months. It seems too much of effort to login everyday and do multiple payments of 1000 and collect rewards, which is around 100 total in a month.
I sometimes use even Paytm with 0.2% cb offers. So cheq is still offering 0.3% cb, which is better for me. In fact, I started using cheq only few weeks back, as I don't want to try too new apps.
Now cheq seems to have stabilized with very few failures (none for me yet). And with convinience fee, they have started adding more lower denominations vouchers available like 50 RS swiggy, 100rs pvr and 250rs Big basket.
So I will probably continue using it, unless they do one more devaluation.
