Do you think having too much money could be bad for you ( especially health and mental health)?
Everything in life is good only in moderation.
Too much blood sugar is a disease, so is too little blood sugar.
Too little Salt in food is bland, too salty would simply make food inedible.
Having no man-made light at night would lead to total darkness, it would be unsafe for people. But too much light at night would lead to light pollution, chrono-disruption to our circadian rhythm ( internal biological clock).
We all know having too little money aka poverty is very bad for you; But do you think having too much money could be bad for you?
How much is too much for you, until it becomes harmful for you?
PS: participating in this discussion in comments might get you one step closer to that answer.

If u want to just keep it for urself then it's not just bad it's also selfish and useless living...
But if u want to return to the society, help needy, help animals, want to make an impact then I think no amount is sufficient until u check list all the items in ur wishlist...
Talking abt myself, i think even 100 crores will not be sufficient for me bcoz i have so much things in mind i want to do for the society, for people , for animals, if at some point if i got that kind of wealth I'll surely make an impact to the society that will inspire millions...
I don't want to do for show-off, i want to do it for my satisfaction... 🏻
One would always think about society as long as they didn't get that kind of money. Not getting personal, just talking about human tendency.
Yes too much of anything is bad , the first thing that happens when one gets way too much money is feeling superior and powerful.
Being humble even after having lots of money could do wonders to a person , some people who obtain that too much of money from dedication usually value it and understand the value of the same.
In the end human's are adaptive to almost anything , it would take some time but they will start understanding how to value that extra money they have and get back to a life where they prioritise their health and overall life. (Example if a person goes on a vacation for a week or so , by the time week gets over he understands the value of home cooked food.)
Note:- Only money doesn't impact one's mental health , what matters is also the core group of people / inner circle with which the person would interact is the most important thing. If you live with the people who have right mindset and passion , then whatever be the financial situation you are gonna have a rollercoaster ride in your life. Because at the end its all about having clarity and purpose in life.
ITS NOT BAD in the following case
only if you have control of consumption , then unlimited money is fine because you will use it moderately even if you have unlimited cash / assets
No , its not bad.
The key here is to maintain the same lifestyle and gradually adjust to your increased financial status. Humans dont like change , so when people become rich suddenly, they try to immediately jump upwards, which can be disastrous.
Have a rough estimate on how much money you need in life, say 50 crores. Once you reach there, invest that and start spending with the earnings on the investment (strictly). This forced discipline is important.
Too much of anything is bad
Money,honey,fun,sorrow,salt or sugar
But the problem with money is that
You can’t stop it when it starts raining
And when you realize that it is too much
money you are already dead.

1. There is no such thing as TOO MUCH money.
Humans will never be satisfied with money. This is evident when you see these ultra Uber rich people running after money trying to make it even bigger.
2. Why worry about this, probably-never-going-to-happen problem?
I say this but I'm a worrier myself. But this is a problem most of us know for ourselves, never going to happen.
Not that I'm saying people can't have too money.
i will commit suicide or something with more premium so my family can live on and i won't have to worry
Seems your family needs are stopping you from dying. Then they are the reason you are alive !!
Mujhe andha behisaab beshumar escobar paisa chahiye.😣
Noble think tankers think about it when they get it, until such time live in present.
More than money , imagination, what i should do with this is too dangerous.
I assume you are unmarried and have not yet taken on the full responsibility for other women in your family (such as your mother or sister), because once a woman enters your life, no amount of money can ever fully meet the demands, and as a result, this question never comes up.
Nobody knows:
HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH
Ha bhai jiske pas zada h muje dedo.. I'm ok wid poor mental health🙏
i believe in indian ancient philosphy that anything in acess is bad , there is some sanskrit words also for this i dont rememebr
Money is never more....
• What's your definition of too much money?
In my question if it can be bad or nor for you?
Another implied question:
• And if there's anything as too much money?
You asked a very important and relevant question though.
My personal opinion is 'too much' is when you have more than enough money. 💰
My Definition of Enough Money:
Amount of money, plus monetary value of movable or immovable Property you own that you can use or spend for the foreseeable future of you yourself and your next generation (kids) to live a comfortable lifestyle of your choice, in anywhere in India or abroad even if you didn't work to earn a single dime.

I can only say for myself, I'm no one to judge any1 without actually seeing their intention, i come from a humble background, has a very emotional side within me that want to reach every needy one... From last 5 yrs, I'm helping 12-15 society dogs, caring them nurturing them in every way possible, i have financial burden, I'm struggling with life, but still doing my bit, and i know money wouldn't drag me to greed, infact it will encourage me to do more good work... 🏻
