Seed4me, Got it for free a couple of years ago until 2028. ProtonVPN Free otherwise.

You don’t need a VPN for that (unless the target website is using IP address to determine the location, which no decently built website will ever do); The location can by mocked from within the browser itself; Just go to browser developer tools and mock your location to the said country’s location (some random lat/long of a city in that country will suffice), when the website asks for location access, it will get the mocked location.
