Does advanced payment of credit card reduce yearly expenses amount?

My SBI card have really low limit and I don’t want to show more than 30% utilisation in bill so I pay early.

I meant to say is I want to meet yearly fee reverse criteria of 1 lac while keeping my expense less than 30% while limit is low

Keep the “displayed” utilisation between 5 to 10 percent if the credit limit is “really low” and if the ratio of your expenses on your card vis a vis your income /IT returns are on the higher side.
