Does Amazon accept devices with broken display for exchange

I am planning to buy Xiaomi 13 pro in exchange with my Pixel 6a. The pixel device is under warranty but display is broken. Do amazon accept it?

On the exchange page, I can see this as shown in screenshot.

Select the Screen Damage option, they will accept the phone.

Big no.
By screen damage the delivery boy will reject on spot if damage is but severe (not able to see content properly on screen)

Screen damage is the 1st point of rejection... Every delivery boy dont know what is shown on website... They are trained to reject broken devices.... They will instantly reject even for a minor scratch especially with flipkart

Go ahead, at the time exchange make sure to make the delivery boy aware that the screen damage exchange option . Also keep a screenshot handy incase of the confusion from their end.
