Does any mobile network allow you to call 1860 numbers as a part of your included minutes? Thanks
Jio will allow free of cost but other networks charges for those numbers

Thanks for the info. I am using Vi and it does not allow me to call the 1860 number as a part of the free minutes.
you should have main balance and charges will be deducted from that balance , having only unlimited plan will not work

You are correct. I am using the unlimited plan and the balance is empty, so vi network is not allowing me to make the call.

Premium in others.. free in Jio, but you need to have main balance.
