Does anyone here has trouble getting cashback from amazon recently or is it just me alone?

I’m seeing this annoyance from around Aug-Sept last year.
At first I thought, maybe it’s a fluke.
So, I told them about the cashback offer, they asked for proof. Since it ended and I had no screenshots so I had to let it go.
They get 1000s of orders so I thought it must have missed it accidentally.
Then it happened again in Nov. This time, I had tons of screenshots. Had to fight against them! I just…?!

Anyways this happened again in January, during one of Republic sale, subscribe n cashback offer. Multiple screenshots of offer and cc chats. Had to escalate the matter to upper level to get back cashback of Rs 500
And now again in June!!!
This time with amazon fashion cb offer of Rs 300. I should have gotten it on 5th and now its 11th.
Like if they’re so not willing to give cashback then wth do they even offer it in the 1st place??

I’m tired of this shit and it’s kinda depressing to find screenshots of offers and TnCs in my gallery folder, almost half of it 😑

The offer was buy anything under amazon fashion page offer and get cashback of 300 Rs. Min cart value is 1000.
I bought a safari bag of Rs 1050 and thus I’m qualified.
I double check thia with their cc b4 ordering and have it all in screenshots.
But their standard reply is we’ll give it wait for 2 days.

Not this much big but a little.. on 1st June I recharged my number, suddenly cb credited in my account though there was no cb banner. I thought it’s an offer. Then 3rd June, there was a banner appeared cig citing 100%cb , after collecting coupon I did recharge.. But this tint no cb… When I ask them, they said you had collected on 1st June itself so no cb this time….I don’t think it’s my problem…. Then I left they issue because cb was very less.

Even I have been facing same issues since last few months. The worst part is customer care executives aren’t even aware about the offers.

Yea they have some problems.. Its not so bad usually.. But This hotstar special CB, I bought something 2 days ago and no CB yet.. Will have to chat and see..

Also there was the 10% CB for using rupay card with COD orders which I did not get in either account. But got CB for paying online in 1.. But they are 2 seaperate offers since when I called CC about not getting CB on the other account by paying online he goes well try the COD offer which is a seperate offer..

I got the 20% upto 100 instantly and same with Rupay card offer. Both of them were instantly credited.

Yes same issue from last 2 days
Actually ordered bottle set but showing delivered and signed by me.
I raised a complaint regarding this and they r putting same copy paste  information on calls or chat..etc. let see what they will do

i always send email to amazon customer care for cashback related problem.
