Does anyone here mirror JioTV channels on TV with the help of Android Box?

Cable workers in my area are pathetic and their service is very very bad. So I am planning to ditch my Cable and buy a new Android Box and watch live channels using Kodi or mirror JioTV using miracast. Does anyone of you use miracast in android box to watch videos or JioTv? Does it work smoothly or it hangs ? while watching in TV? I don’t have any problem with 10 or 20 sec lag but I don’t want the video to be stuck while watching on TV. So please share your experiences.
I know we can install bluestack in android box and use JioTv using Jio hotspot but I don’t want to do that as Jio speed in my area is very very low.
Also how long this JioTV service will be free for us? Do we just need to choose one plan monthly and it will be free in future?
Today my JioTV is not working on Jio data but it works perfectly on my private wifi network 
On Jio data it says “We are in the process of activating your JioTv channel subscription” what the hell is that

Btw u bought smart TV ? or normal TV and chromecast?
I have a Fire TV stick which works perfectly for this purpose..
I have Kodi installed on it… with Hotstar, Netflix and Prime videos itself, it becomes an awesome device.
I do sometimes mirror JioTV like you want using miracast on the FireTV Stick, but honestly on a 40" screen its not at par with the likes of Netflix/Prime/Hotstar..
If somehow we can get JioTV to add chromecast support, fire TV stick will be able to play the TV streams in higher quality. I have used it via Airplay on Apple TV and the quality becomes wonderful.

but jio tv, daily 1 gb or 2 gb data only it will exhaust in less than 1 hour.
I use android TV box with jio tv, jio cinema and amazon prime video all running perfectly. but not in mirror mode. It is a standalone device working on wifi and has direct HDMI output which is connected to the TV.
Could you tell me, what TV box you are using? I’m using H96pro+ and it’s just showing blank white screen when using JioTV.

I am using cheap android box Z69 and everything is working properly with 720p streaming.
Do check Vodafone Play app as well, free for 3 months, can be used with other networks as well…
I think now almost all mobile operateors have started free TV channels app. I think Airtel also started Airtel TV app where we can watch free channels, have to try that.
Same here I use nexus player rooted on android N with kodi and terrain tv app as well as movie HD
Jio TV I cannot mirror to nexus player cause casting hangs in between
Fixed JioTV blank white screen problem (after entering login information) on my H96Pro+
At first I tried installing older version of JioTV and editing the version using APK Editor app. But now the app won’t even start and still asked to update, so again a dead end.
Then found in another forum about mod version of JioTV. Tried it and viola, the app works including Star channels which usually takes us to Hotstar in normal JioTV app.

I use JioFi that connects to both my mobile & laptop and I can watch JioTV to my laptop. Now if I want to watch on TV, I connect my laptop to TV via HDMI and now JioTV mirrors to my TV too.
You don’t need to cast jio tv in Android tv as you can always side load the jio app nd watch directly .as in Android box it never asks whether you have jio net or Airtel or any other.you can use any isp.i m using it with Bsnl broadband for the past 2 month in Android box and in fire stick also
Is anyone able to use Jio Tv anymore? I was using the app to watch live Tv and cricket but recently it was revoked all the access. Still, no solution. The website here fixyourandroid.com/apps/jio-tv/ claims that the jio Tv is working but in my case, I am unable to access it. Is it a problem I should be concerned about or everyone is having the same issue. Please reply…
Search oreo tv and install it…in that u can watch all live tv channel, all premium stuffs from hotstar, sonyliv, voot, zee5 etc
