I’m not talking about those editing/filter apps. But an app that helps give more control over the phone’s camera lens.

There’s many with same name and reviews are around 3. Could you please add the developer’s name or a link if you don’t mind?
Using open camera .. simple and elegant ! Clicks nice pics once its settings done.
Gcam will be the best but it involves lots of process to install. Your mobile’s api need to be supported for it. Search for gcam with with your mobile model number.. and download it from xdadevelopers forum and install.
Third party apps are crap (except Gcam*)
Which phone do you use???
Check Bacon camera or MX camera
