does anyone knows Sikka Broadband mcc and does axis airtel gives 1% cashback on it ?

so i am think of upgrading my broadband plan to 300 mbps from Sikka Broadband and want to use axis airtel to get 1% and complete spend cretria for 200agv from it  ,i last paid with via icici amazon and got 1% cashback in it via Sikka Broadband site ,in statement "utility at Mumbai in " was in mercent name so does anyone know its mcc or will it gives reward on axis and is there any way to find mcc before paying bill :)
