does closing credit card remove said card from cibil and remove that card on time payment ?

Nope, it will still be in your credit history. I closed a SBI cc in 2003, still shows i had and closed. Same with standard chartered cc took it in 2018 and closed in 2020,yet shows in my history of cibil
