Need to pay education fee on sbi collect.
Does HDFC Platinum/Millenia provide cb on this?
Anyone tried?
Need to pay in one go, so can't test before paying.

As sbi collect is a specialized payment gateway for such txns so its mcc code would most likely be govt/education/financial services & platinum debit card won't give cb for anything other than utility mcc code. Millennia might give 2.5% cb up to 400 if mcc code isn't considered "business service".
